500 ml bottle. Dark ruby red copper colour. Medium-sized off-white creamy head that clings to the glass. Crisp earthy and grassy hop aroma. Malty and rich burnt caramel. Nice balance between malt complexity and hops. Texture is watery especially towards the finish. Finishes with a metallic hop bitterness.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2008 Bottle. Reddish brown color. The color of the fast shrinking head is light brown. Smells of sweet malt, caramel, and maybe some notes of toast and nuts. The taste is sweet and malty with notes of caramel, chocolate and fruits. Some light bitterness in the finish. A bit thin and watery, but still quite good for a 3.5% beer.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a fast disappearing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light nutty note. The flavor is sweet iwth notes of nuts, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin no wonder.

Clear deep amber colour with a beige head. Malty, caramel sweet aroma with a light fruity note. Malty, caramel sweet flavor with a watery finish.

Bottle. Clear orange coloured with an off white head. Aroma of fruits, caramel and teas. Flavour of caramel, fruits, tea and hops.

Bottle. Clear brown colour. Yeasty, caramel toasty malty aroma. Flavour of sweet caramel and toasted malt, bit of yeast, slight spiciness. Bit weak.

From 50 cL bottle. Pours nut brown with light brown head. Aroma is sweet, spicy, corn and cookie. Flavour is dry, smoked, rye corn/malt. Finish is dominated roasted malts.

(Flaske 50 cl) Beautiful, warm, nutty brown with an off-white head. Unclean, nutty nose. Fairly light in body with sweetish caramel and some underlying, perfumy notes. Dry, floral finish with a discreet bitterness. 230407

Bottle. Moderated beige fizzy head that mostly diminished. Spar lacing. Clear amber colour. Burned notes, mixed with caramel, grain and fruit. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Sweet malty flavour. Sweet notes with a chalky and somewhat light astringent finish.
