Commercial Description:
Bottle and can: Pasteurised.<br /> Ingredients: Pale, chocolate and crystal malts; English Fuggles and Styrian Goldings hops.<br /> Hobgoblin is a powerful full-bodied copper red, well-balanced brew. Copper color with a very thin white head. Light sweet malt aroma. Mild malty body with a caramel flavor and a hint of spices with a slightly dry, bitter finish.

Dark red pour with an off white head. Light aroma of caramel. Flavor is mostly caramel, roasted malts, and spices. Light body.

I drank this with some beer cheese soup. I found it a little too sweet, and probably too expensive to get again.

Gusher... Brown pour with enormous head. Grainy aroma. Metallic oxidized flavor. Hit the drain real quick

I thought this was terrible. 12 oz bottle nearly exploded as I opened it. Absolutely undrinkable. Metallic and spoiled.

Me Had This Ber At A Party. It sucked. Me never drink again. Bad malt taste. Eww.

Pours brown with small head. Hearty and malty with flavors of toasted brown sugar, toffee, dark fruit, a bit nutty. Just ok.

Deep red color with a tiny diminishing head, aroma of malt herbs and yogurt sourness, flavors of caramel, fruity sweetness, malts and typical hoppy finish. OK but fullers is much complex.
