Bottle bought in London. Dark brown with tan head. Creamy with orange aftertase. Distinctive butterscotch taste. Also caramel. Quite powerful and enjoyable. Liked it.

Bottle from evil hag from hell. I liked this a lot, probably one of the best bitters I’ve tried. Nice caramel brown colour. Slight hint of vimto in there or is that me? Carbonated the right amount for me, I thought this was a good un. Cheers!

bottle: pours a mice clean caramel brown with a large off white head with some lacing. aroma is very floral and creamy caramel malt, some toasted grains also. flavour is a bitter hop upfront and a tasty grain middle mixes with caramlw malt. finishes with a small amount of bitter. very good i love this brewery.

Dark clear reddish/brown with few bubbles and a large foamy off-white head. Rich malty/toffee aroma. Palate is on the thin weak side, lightly carbonated. I remember thinking this was a brown-ale.. dont really see it as a bitter. Buttery burnt malts slight bitter metallic finish .

1pt Bottle: Semi dark brown color. Thick light brown head that quickly disappears. Flowery scent to it. Flavor is like nothing else i have had before. Hard to describe. Zero aftertaste.

Bottle. Poured a dark brown colour with a laced tan head. The beer has a slightly fruit toasted malt aroma. A dry earthy flavor with a toasted malt aftertaste. One of my favourites, but not a session beer to me.

A good dark English Ale....nice roasted quality to the malts. Although an ESB...not very bitter at all.......all-around drinkable.
