Flasche (50 cl) vom Bierzwerg-Versandhandel.

Bottle. A clear ruby brown colour with a fizzy off white head. Aroma of caramel, cola, subtle roasted malts, some red berries, slight raisin and a little toffee. Taste of caramel, a little toffee, maybe chocolate, subtle roasted malts, some red berries, slight raisin, a little mineral and spicy hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, spicy hop bitterness with some caramel in the finish. A full flavoured malty ESB overall, which is great to chug by the bottle. Not as nice as cask but decent.

This ale foaming nice, but unfortunately shortly. It has a flavor of smoked malt with a fairly average, hop bitterness and a little fruit in the finish. I also had glimpsed a little chocolate.
