Very light aroma and taste of cereal and bread. Balanced medium body. Spicy with a little bit bitter aftertasting.

500ml bottle. It pours a clear dark amber colour with a small off white head. It has a sweet plum aroma. It reminds me of the Hungarian plum moonshine. Taste: notes of plum and raisins and has an earthy finish. Low carbonation.

0.5 bottle. Dark ruby, small creamy head. Faint sweetish aroma. Rich taste, initially sweet caramel and floral hops. Final dominated by torrefied malts and creamy sweet. Carbonation too low for the gravity makes it hard to finish.

Light caramel notes. Floral scent with a hint of citrus. Deep, clear red with minimal head that full diminished, quickly. Slightly sweet front and moderately bitter, long finish. Slight tin flavour in the finish as well. Light body and slick texture. Minimal carbonation up front quickly diminishing to none. Generally a decent beer. Not something I would have several of.

Scent of malt, chocolate, and hops. Dark opaque ruby color. Flavours of caramel, vanilla, chocolate, and some coffee. Medium-Heavy body with mild carbonation. If not drank too cold, it’s quite a nice sipping beer.

The beer description writes the review as this one pours with a beautiful mahogany color, with some head that holds on for a bit. After drinking, I find aroma follows taste with a great malt, sweet, and then bitter finish. Very well balanced, and very smooth. A joy to drink (again and again and again) I hope.
