My fist memory of this beer was due to its’ name. The bold smell and dark colour are exactly what it tastes like, no surprises. Dark roast malts. I can tell there are hops in there somewhere, but they’re hiding under the massive malt assault on your taste buds.

11.2oz bottle. Pours a golden brown color, with little to no head. Aroma of malts and hops and maybe a hint of something fruity. Taste is sweet and of roasted malts, a slightly bitter hoppy after taste, but much mellower then a lot of beers i’ve had.

Copper pour with aa offwhite head. Some sweetness, an ok mouthfeel. You can taste the malt. It had a slightly nutty taste and some bitterness to it.

50 cl bottle. I was hoping some more of a beer that in the commercial description reads "Michael Jackson 500 clasic brews". Copper-red colour, with a good head that leaves some lace. Smell is the biggest problem to me, besides limestone and dust, I don’t smell mcuh, maybe some caramel. In the mouth I find it a bit watery. Taste of caramels, the same limestone and some medicinal thing. Esay drink, but nothing more that makes me repeat.

I was expecting more flavor from this, but it was just kind of flat. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special and definitely not worth the premium price.

The chocolate aroma is a little weird/off-putting. Flavor just doesn’t work for me. Has some sort of gritty aftertaste/feel. Huh?

Pours a thin brown. Aroma is not very prominent, some caramel and toffee. Flavor of honey, oats, and some dustiness.

Bottle. Poured a copper color with a decent head to it, some lacing left on the side of the glass. Aroma was caramel, and malts, some bread and yeast too. Flavor was some mild bitters,, malts and caramel. Medium body, decent but something was missing with this beer.
