Ungstrup (14758), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 27, 2002 A dark amber beer wiht no head. The aroma is sligtly fruity as a typical ale. The flavor is a very rounded slightly bitter one. A very drinkable beer. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 22, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Amber coloured with a beige head. Caramel in both aroma and flavour and some slightly sweet, perfumy notes. Lovely, nutty ale. 020101 omhper (12155), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 22, 2007 Bottled. Clear nut brown, small head. Aroma of plums and roasty malt. Sweet, medium bodied, clean mouthfeel Some hay-like hops mixes with fruits. Straightforward bready malt character, medium bitterness. Solid, but not fun. The other half of my pint appears to work tremendously well in the soup I’m cooking though.... yespr (11649), Copenhagen O, Denmark Feb 17, 2008 50 cL can. Pours deep brown with an orange/amber hue and a dense tan head. Light roasted malt, mild berry fruity and light acidic aroma. Flavour is watery malty and somewhat strange and almost vegetable like. Light roasted note in the finish. Far finish holds a solid bitterness and a light berry fruity note. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Sep 1, 2006 Bottle.
