| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 4, 2008 500 ml bottle. Dark brown with reddish hue. Tall light beige head that clings to the glass. Nutty rich münchener malt aroma. Earthy hops. Smooth texture. Fine carbonation. Powdery malt flavours. Slightly roasted and sweet. Almost vinous. Reminds me a little of the character one finds in Old Peculier. Nice and very drinkable. SoLan (1427), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 5, 2005 Amber. Dense, bubbly, light tan head. Roast malt and subtle hops- not much of an aroma. Flavor is more balanced but has some macro character in the finish. Some caramel/toffee flavors also. Medium body, well carbonated, crisp clean, although macro-like finish. Nothing special. mrkimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Surprisingly good beer, which can be enjoyed for several hours. A few negative rumours from the neighbor made some nonexisting hopes for this beer, but the test showed something else. Bitterness in the ESB-way combined with some freshness makes this beer quite well. NoiZe (1382), Mooi Zeist, Netherlands
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 29, 2008 Brown, amber colored brew. Sweet roasted malty aroma. Sweet caramel, chocolate malty and a bit bitter hoppy flavor. Enjoyable. LaChad (1375), San Francisco, California, USA

It looks like a beer that is brownish-black and has a good head that lasts. VERY thin. Where the hell did Fly get this stuff? The initial mouthfeel is like it's going to be strong and complex but the flavor peters out badly. Couldn't imagine drinking the bottle of this.
