2.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not much aroma, nice rust color, overall no dominant flavor or finish, very smooth beer that you could drink twenty and not worry about taste overload.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange to brown color with a somewhat soft glossed over effect covering the entire beer. There is a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light speckled lacing coating the glass.
The smell had sweet English malts up front with a nice earthy nuttiness rolling in and out under my nose.
The taste was mainly sweet but still carrying a nice "bitter" flavoring to balance.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was good for the style and for me as there’s a slight creaminess about it.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good ESB that is pretty defining for its style. To pick on this one probably tells me that the person picking on this beer probably shouldn’t be drinking ESB’s.

Has a fresh and slightly bitter smell of hops, pine and caramel. Pours amber with a white head. The taste is well balanced with notes of caramel and pine.

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear ruby red with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and fruit. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel, fruit a hint of chocolate and a light, bitter hoppy finish. Medium body with oily texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle, 500ml. A dark rubi beer with a creamy head. Aroma is of bananas and alcohol with a hint of dry fruits. Taste is bitter with some astringency, slightly dense, but at the end fell flat and became watery.

Cervesa roja tipicament anglesa. Un pèl massa amarga pel meu gust. No repetiria però suposo que pot ser del gust de qui agradi aquest estil de cervesa.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours a clear light reddish brown with a medium khaki head that fades slowly and leaves good lacing. Not much on the nose, and the same for the taste. Slight dark malt taste with a mild hop finish. Forgettable.
