A beautiful ruby colour with little head makes it a very attractive beer, and the slightly malty aroma goes well too. The taste is also malty/roasted but isnít overpowering, making it easy to drink and a very pleasant drink overall.

Bottle from Tesco or B&M, canít remember which but have seen it in both. Copper-red (but more of the former) with no head. Has a light sweetness throughout with a hint of toffee in its nose.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber colour, creamy off-white head. Malty aroma with fruity notes and grassy hops. The flavour is malty, with a little caramel and fruity notes, and a bitter grassy finish. OK, but not very memorable.

bottle. Poured murky orange with a creamy beige head. Roasted malt aroma with an alcohol sting. Medium body with flatter carbonation. Flavour or toasty grains, maybe some rye in there, has a woody quality, slight not of peppery hops.
