COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.

A pale golden potion with delicate red hues, WychCraft has a heady burst of fresh citrus aroma derived from three infusions of Styrian golding hops. A sprig of gentle warming malty flavour finishes with a dry biscuit note and a counterpoise of bitterness.
WychCraftís innovative new recipe includes adding three infusions of Styrian Goldings hops to the copper, to create a highly aromatic brew, bursting with succulent citrus and lime hop character. A light base of delicately flavoured English Fuggles hops, and the use of a lager malt, help retain the signature hop character and create a wonderfully aromatic and fragrant summertime beer. Beguiling to the end.

Ingredients:
Hops: Fuggles and Styrians
Malts: Lager and Caramalt.

Bottle from supermarket. Golden color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, caramel, a bit of syrup, hops and grass. Bitter finish with citrus and salted crackers. Decent blond ale.

Quite boring. Aroma is almost non existent. Maybe a touch of hops. A little more hops in the flavor.. Still quite bland and uninspired. Classic Manitoba mart beer.

Appearance: Transparent piss yellow with a bright white head. Aroma: Typical shit lager smell of corn/cheap adjuncts. Underneath is a faded biscuití/graham cracker note and grassy dank hops. Doesnít sound appetising? Thatís because it isnít. Taste: Sourness, green tea, water, biscuit, water, Molson Canadian, water, soap, water...you get the idea. Palate: Crisp, refreshing, simple but annoyingly so. CO2 medium, alcohol not present. The only redeeming feature of this beer. Overall: The advertising guys need to shut the fuck up. Delicate red hues? Maybe in the fermenter but I donít see that in my glass. I could go on forever...but the jist of it is...I spent $15 on a shit wychwood taster 4 pack and could have bought ingredients instead to brew a batch of beer better than anything Iíve tried from this brewery.

A - Pours a light yellow beer with a foamy head that doesn't last very long. Some lacing is present. S - Very nice smell with some citrus and hops T - Taste pretty much matches the smell. There is come citrus and hops. Very light aftertaste bitterness. M - In the mouth feels light. Texture is watery-creamy, low carbonation. O - A nice rendition of the style although to my taste it needs more carbonation and more flavour touches... Serving type: bottle ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Bow, London. Lightish, pale orange, little head retained. Aroma of oak, with vanilla, toffee and cream. Quite sweet, vanilla flavour at first, not what Iíd expect. A little malt toastiness, and finish with a bit of dry, sharp hop,

Pdubyah (273) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 7, 2013
Itís clear that beer that arrives in New Zealand from old Blighty is here for a reason, and itís not of quality or expanding markets, itís one of being cheap at the source and a market of gullible idiots. Like me this is to be avoided. Buy something more refreshing like a can of Irn Bru or Tizer,

aleksander9 (280) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 7, 2013
Pale cobber with small white head. Aroma is pretty standard floral hops, malt. Standard mouthfeel with low carbonation. Aftertaste saves this ale from being to mediocre. Wonderfully dry, floral and citrusy. Dry and crisp at the same time. Overall: excellent and unique Aftertaste.

djoeye (895) - TromsÝ, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2013
Imported 0,5L bottle from K-market Finland, probably also available at supermarkets with decent beer departments in Norway. Moderate head on an amber (orange) body. Citric floral-hop scents with hints from strawberry. Juicy taste of apples, hops, very gentle mouthfeel, well balanced. Bitterness in the middle of the taste, and aftertaste is gently smokey. Very good companion to sweet asian dinners.

EtTuCthulhu (897) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - AUG 25, 2013
As soon as the bottle cap is loosened, the overwhelming skunkiness hits you in the face unpleasantly. The appearance does give some hope though due to the hazy golden color and medium white head, but the taste is mildly sour and a touch sweet; furthermore, the main quality of the palate is how the beer finishes exactly how it smells, so the medium body, soft carbonation, and thin texture cannot save it.

bottle from base camp in prague. pretty bland stuff - pale orange with no head; light doughy aromas, modest bitterness, touch of butterscotch. a real snoozefest
