Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.

A pale golden potion with delicate red hues, WychCraft has a heady burst of fresh citrus aroma derived from three infusions of Styrian golding hops. A sprig of gentle warming malty flavour finishes with a dry biscuit note and a counterpoise of bitterness.
WychCraft's innovative new recipe includes adding three infusions of Styrian Goldings hops to the copper, to create a highly aromatic brew, bursting with succulent citrus and lime hop character. A light base of delicately flavoured English Fuggles hops, and the use of a lager malt, help retain the signature hop character and create a wonderfully aromatic and fragrant summertime beer. Beguiling to the end.

Ingredients:
Hops: Fuggles and Styrians
Malts: Lager and Caramalt.

Pours golden hazy. Sticky looking head. Aroma is citrusy. Flavor is slightly salty, slightly sour. Nice biscuit malt finish. A lovely bitter.

Pours pink gold with a one finger white head, that mostly fades quickly but stays enough to leave good lacing. Aroma is fruity with some sweet malt funk and a little english hops, mostly berries and apples. Flavor is very biscuity at first, then apples, a little citrus hops and a finish of salted croutons and bitter hops. Mouthfeels is a little too oily and heavy for the flavor, not a terrible beer, but maybe a little too fuggles for me.

A light copper colored ale with medium head. Hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter and slightly hoppy. Some ctrus can be noted. Malt is not very noticeable. Dry finish. Good beer for a pub. B

Crushed with Jakebra. Here’s a great drunken description of a beer: "If M. Night Shyamalan were to make Bud Light into a real beer." Still doesn’t mean it’s any good.

Golden color, orange and yellow hues. Off white head with a slightly yellow twinge. Aroma of english hops, biscuit, and some sugar/tart sweetness. Flavor was interesting. A slight hop up front followed by a mix in of malt and a semi sweet citrus - Seems to spike then give you a a calm bitter finish. Body could be a bit fuller and more even. Aromatic, exuberant, and enjoyable in it’s way. Interesting flavor - if lacking a bit of balance and composure. Though a slight lack of composure may be the point.
