Light yellow color with no head just lots of bubbles. Aroma of cut pears or apples, nothing outstanding its just there, and not much at all. Its sweet not a lot of flavor, again apple or pear I just cant tell. Its funny calling this a “hard” cider since everything about it is so weak. I see no reason to buy this.

Draft at HalfCut. Pours a clear champagne color, pale, with visible carbonation bubbles but no head. Notes of pears, grapes, ginger, and wildflower. Light-bodied, with a sweet, somewhat tart, tangy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Dry finish. The first few sips were really nice but it doesn’t hold up that well as it warms. Still, better than rated.

Clear yellow pour. Aroma of soapy apples. Tastes semi-sweet. Distinctly pear. Semi-dry. Serious perfume flavor. I’d drink it.

This is a great dry pear cider- aroma is not overpowering and not artificial. The finish was dry and crisp with a great overall mouthfeel

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is slight pear with dry champagne-like notes. Taste is light tart. Granny Smith apples with some unripe pear. Light bodied with a thin yet slightly sticky texture. Soft, almost flat carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Nothing I would seek out but enjoyable nonetheless.

~Sweet and tart pear candy like aroma. ~Poours brilliantly clear like water with a bit of gold in it. No head. ~Sweet soda pear/apple like flavor with underlying tartness that lingers into the finish. ~Light bodied, low to medium CO2. Pleasant pear tart finish. Dry. ~Very refreshing. A bit sweet would probably only drink two of these before moving onto something else. Will probably buy again.

On tap, BJ’s Tallahassee. Very light, greenish-tinged perry, no head. Muted, earthy fruit aroma. Very light body, not overly carbonated. Generally clean, a little tanginess here and there and in the finish. Boring.

Had on draft. Pear, tart, light colored, dry, apple, looked like carbonated water. Easy going down and refreshing.

Tap @ Scrumpy’s Fort Collins. Pours a very light yellow, clear appearance with little head. Sweet canned pear juice, fairly sweet, just a bit tart aroma. Actually quite tart, apple jolly rancher, tangy pear flavor. Easy to pound.
