As ’Old Bakery Bitter’, The Old Bakery, Kenilworth. Tawny with a thin lacing off white foam. Toffee, soft dried fruit nose. Caramel and watery sultana notes. Dull

Many pints at many pubs - cask. Pale amber pour with a kiss of light fruit and some spicy/herbal hops. Softly bitter with a touch of light fruit and herbal hoppiness. A little bit of sweet herbs and some soft bitterness. Soft and fresh.

Pours golden orange. Flavour and aroma of grassy, floral hops. A summery beer. Reasonably nice.

On tap at The Nelson in Burntwood, pours clear copper. Aroma and flavour of light malt with floral hops. Decent.

Fairly average bitter, no particularily strong flavours but easily drinkable and fairly pleasant, although ultimately forgetable

Light, grassy, hoppy bitter. Golden colour without much head, OK session ale.

Golden with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and grassy. Dry grassy hop flavour with an acrid bitter finish

Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, apple notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20090806]
