The odor was a little hops and a little Belgian. Amber color with minimal head and no lacing. Belgian yeast comes forward with a slight hops bitterness. Average mouthfeel with average carbonation. Easy to drink with food without wrecking the palate.

Can. Amber/orange color, white head - carbonation level decent (not too high like some belgian styles). Fruity aroma, slightly sour and VERY slightly hoppy. Malt forward taste with fruit notes, hops very subdued.

Can from Rob - thanks! Hazy orange pour with a soapy white head. Yeast and fruity aroma. Sharp hoppy taste but pretty well balanced. Solid beer.

12 oz can from Evergreen Discount. Orange and slightly hazy with a white head and lacing. Aroma and flavor of Belgian yeast, fruity esters and fresh hops. Lightly bitter and sweet with a medium body and a lingering finish.

On tap @ Wynkoop. Golden orange pour with a white head. Spicy black pepper forward nose. Banana, apple, and orange peel. Some sort of green coffee notes, grass, cracker malt, and yeast. Flavor is grass, black pepper, and cracker. Bitter throughout with just a light sweetness of banana and apple esters. Orange peel, yeast, and an herbal finish.

Poured from bottle at the cherry cricket in Denver. Clear orange with white head. Belgium heavy and not getting much IPA. Good tho. Smooth and slightly bitter fruity taste. Orange and tangerine notes

A-Straw colored with very very slight haze. Sudsy head that dimishes in a few minutes. A-Typical banana nose to identify its Belgian reference. Have a hard time geting much hops. Faint to none. Labled a Double IPA, so I was expecting a moderate amount. T-sweet & bready malt, banana, hint of clove. Again very faint hop profile. P-Carbonation low, Density of the malt is noticable, finishes dry with slight bitterness. O-Its hard to judge this as a Belgian IPA with this little hop character. If it wasn’t for the dry and slight bitterness at the very end I may have guessed a Belgian Golden Ale, which I would have given a better review not having hop expectations. Its still definately a worthy beer to drink for those looking in the Belgian-style category.

Poured from a can. Thin head that is white and foamy but doesn't stay around long. Has beautiful golden color. Hops are not too strong. Slight bitter after taste.

Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grass, resin), with notes of gum, pepper, and plastic. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. Better than usual for this brewery...good balance in the mouth. A little plastic in the nose, and kind of simple in that department, but not too shabby.

Golden. Aroma of Belgian strongs and some additional citrus. Flavor is very hoppy, lots of bitterness and some subtle sourness. Jess picked this one up for me on her trip to CO in spring, 2013.
