Very nice aroma and color. Solid malt profile, but I think it could benefit from a little more hops.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Head is initially average sized, creamy/frothy, off-white to light brown, mostly lasting.
Body is medium to dark amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, cookie), moderately hoppy (resin, grapefruit), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough), with a note of butter/diacetyl.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium to full body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic.
Kinda clunky and simple, basically a resin bomb (although not very aromatically strong in general) with some raw doughy yeast.
