COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Denver-style India Pale Ale is a hop head’s dream. Assertive flavors of pale malts and sticky hops and an intense bouquet courtesy of whole leaf hops in our Hopinator device.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a hazed bronze body with a small tan head. Aromas are floral, citrusy and caramel. Flavors are bitter floral, citrusy and a bit earthy (mushroom earthiness minus the umami). Medium bubbles, possibly a bit too sweet for me.

Cloudy Orange, nice whit head. Smells like pine and caramel, tastes like pine and caramel. What more do you want? I could drink a more of this. In fact, I did...

Draught. Aroma is hop-forward, pine and tropical fruit. Cloudy orange-red with little head. Balanced, simple ipa. Good restrained bitterness with floral and citrus hop character. Medium bodied and crisp. Well-brewed.

Pours hazy orange with nice white head, aroma has notes of big pine, orange, tangerine, some slight dank resinous notes in there, with some caramel and toffee notes. Taste is nice strong pine, resinous, sweet orange and tangerine, with a nice drying biscuit, finishing fairly bitter. Nice brew.

Pint at Cherry Cricket. Pours a clear amber/copper with a medium off-white head. Floral hop and citrus aroma with caramel and biscuity malt. Citrus hop flavor with a bit of diacetyl and some malt before a floral and earthy hop finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrusy hops, and orange. Flavor of lots of caramel malt, bitter hops, and a hint of citrus. Ok, but nothing special about this IPA. 6/4/7/4/14 [3.5/5]

Had this at the Wynkoop brewpub while at an anniversary celebration. This is a fine IPA. Pours a hazy apricot with a small head and medium lacing. Nose is fresh pine and citrus. Taste is a nice blend of hops and malt - but definitely hops. Mouthfeel is silky and the finish goes on forever. I had this with the wasabi seared ahi tuna salad. Picked up a growler of it on the way home, the first glass of which is gracing my desk as I write this.
