12 oz can from Evergreen Discount into my NBB globe glass. Amber-brown and clear appearance with active carbonation. One finger of beige head slowly diminishes leaving light lacing. Aroma of toffee, earthy notes, bread, noble hops, light fruits and toasted grains. Similar flavor, malty, earthy and lightly fruity with mild sweetness and a light bitterness. Medium body, pretty smooth on the palate with a lingering finish. Overall, it’s not too bad, above average for an amber ale.
