Wynkoop Beers of the Year 2012. Opaque solid tan color, like a sickly fleshy tone. Nice aroma though, with dusty fruity Belgian yeast, and puréed pear. Fruity flavor of pears and applesauce, light Belgian dustiness, and a dry biscuity finish. Pleasantly surprising.
