Weird. I wish it was fuller bodied. Had on tap at the historic brewpub. Wasn’t very cloudy for an unfiltered wheat.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 notalush (4173) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 24, 2011
Tap at Cherry Cricket - cloudy body, as it should be - fizzy, short-lived head- fairly dry and lacking a certain complexity I want in my hefes - nicely dry, though - a bit spicy - mild phenols, mostly in the form of banana, but some plastic manifests late - dusty headhunter throughout - a bit of lemon tartness - kind of bland, but not terrible.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 onceblind (2535) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 6, 2010
On tap at Wynkoop Brewery. Pours out a hazy yellow gold like you’d expect. Minimal white head. Lots of bubblegum and banana on the nose, but in a sweet hoppy way. Start of the flavor profile is lots of wheat and banana, but ends in a grassy dry hop with light bitterness. Light, refreshing, yet flavorful.
