Draught@SBWF2012. Hazy golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is very tart and sour with some slight sticky notes. Flavour is rather similar, sour, tart and acidic with a quite dry palate.

Sample at SBWF 2012. It had a sour smell with grapefruit. Very stong sourness on the taste, but I love it. Very nice.

Horse blanket and vinegar aroma. Super vinegary taste. That’s to be parsed as (super vinegary) taste, not super (vinegary taste). However, once you’ve choked back the vinegar, there is a nice wheaty body to it. I don’t want vinegar in my beer. It is basically a brewing flaw, no matter what style of beer you are making, you’re not let off the hook just because you’re claiming to be trying to brew a lambic. Acidity good, aceticity bad. There might be a nice lambic possible from their base recipe, but this ain’t it.

Tap @ SBWF 2012. What is this in my mouth? Dry, acidic vinegar packed with medicine and sweat! I can’t get that taste out of my mouth. I want to scrape my tongue. Beer not for me.

Draught at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Bit hazy, golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of acetic acid, lemon, funk (sweat/leather) and grain. Very acetic. Taste is dry and highly sour with notes of lemons and acetic acid. Kind of stings from all the acetic acid... Medium bodied with low carbonation. Waaaay to much acetic acid.

Acidic lemony taste. Good taste like lemon candy. But just for a few centilitres, then it gets too much...

Draft. A pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and lemons. The flavor is sour with notes of vinegar and lots of funk.
