English: In the spring of 2010 we discussed the possibility of making a collab with a few other micros. The theme was going to be a blend of different sours. The collab, alas, never came into being but the beer was brewed, so we just let it sit and mature for 2 years. Now is the time to share, what came out of this funny experiment with the finest gathering of beer geeks ever to assemble in Copenhagen, Europe, the world...

Draught sample at SBWF. Pours golden without any head. Tart aroma. Acidic lemony taste. Good taste like lemon candy. But just for a few centilitres, then it gets too much...

Draft. A pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and lemons. The flavor is sour with notes of vinegar and lots of funk.

Draft at CBC ´12.....It pours clear golden with a small white head..... The aroma is vinegar, acid and fruits..... The flavor is tart, fruits, caramel and lemon.... dry finish.....

Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate grape, band-aid - medicine, tart. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, citrus, plaster - medicine - band-aid. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120511]

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a hazy and copper beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt, acidity, fruit, plastic and barnyard. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is acidic and fresh. Overall a good beer.

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours clear amber, with no head. The nose is caramel, tart lemon, white vinegar, TCP, tart red grape, red apple and sour raspberry. The taste is lemon, white vinegar, floral, hay, red apple and grape, with a very dry finish. Not particularly complex, but enjoyable. Medium body and low carbonation. A decent sour.

Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Golden with a small white head. Funky aroma with lots of brett and a hint of vinegar. Dry and tart fruity flavour with lots of vinegar and a finishing touch of "popcorn" which my tastebuds just can’t accept
