COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: In the spring of 2010 we discussed the possibility of making a collab with a few other micros. The theme was going to be a blend of different sours. The collab, alas, never came into being but the beer was brewed, so we just let it sit and mature for 2 years. Now is the time to share, what came out of this funny experiment with the finest gathering of beer geeks ever to assemble in Copenhagen, Europe, the world...

Draught. Medium straw, thin white head. Funky aroma, straw, malt, citrus, earth. Dry, medium body, low bitterness, low (no?) CO2. Sour, funky taste, straw, citrus peel, earth, slightly lactic. Long, tart finish. Not top notch in the Lambic world, but a really good effort. (2012-05-11)

Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a clear golden orange color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky aroma. Fruity very sour tart funky barnyard flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity sour tart funky citrus finish.

CBC 2012 , Copenhagen. Clear golden beer with a small offwhite head. Fruity, some vinegar aroma with citrus and grapefruit notes. Sourish, vinegar flavour and some citrus notes, Not a nice finsish, like a dirty horseblankett.

[5/11/12] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Clear golden-orange. Bretty aroma of barnyard and some vinegar. Sour flavor of vinegar, dry cider notes and some citric notes. Medium-bodied. A decent Sour.

CBC 2012. Pours cloudy dark amber with a small off white head. Aroma is stable horse blanket sour acidy and a bit fruity. Flavor is very sour almost vinegar fruity dry lemon juice and slightly bitter. Finishes sour tart.
