English: In the spring of 2010 we discussed the possibility of making a collab with a few other micros. The theme was going to be a blend of different sours. The collab, alas, never came into being but the beer was brewed, so we just let it sit and mature for 2 years. Now is the time to share, what came out of this funny experiment with the finest gathering of beer geeks ever to assemble in Copenhagen, Europe, the world...

Tap @ CBC, 2012.
Pours clear golden with a small, creamy white head. Disappears rather fast. Aroma has funk, peach schnaps, grapes, lactic, light terpentine. Low carbonation, nice dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour is tart, sharp, crisp. Again a tad terpentine that detracts. Grapes and zesty apples add freshness. Lactic and sharpish citric in the end.

Tap at CBC. Clear golden with a very quickly disappearing white head. Very fresh, delicate aroma - citric, barnyard, light vinegar notes, apples. Taste is light tart, very fresh, earthy dry finish. Extremely refreshing and easy to drink.

Draught @ CBC ’12
Aroma is sour with lots of earthy notes and tart apples. Flavour is somewhat tart with sour apples, earthy notes and some lactic acid. Sour, tart and good, but the lactic acid notes typical to unblended stuff do disturb me a bit here.

olio (9276) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 11, 2012

Pours clear copper color with no head. Aroma of rowan beries, apricot, citron and acidic apples. Flavour of acidic apples, rowan berries, some lemon and yeast. Surprisingly nice off-belgian lambic.
