3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber from Premiere. Nice blend of hops though not exceptional dipa. Until very much warmed, found it to be overcarbonated. Good bitterness, not a palate killer, was good with food. Generous head on cloudy middle yellow.

4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
A cloudy orange color. A strong aroma of bittering hops and alcohol. This is really tasty. Plenty of hops all the way through with a nice dry flavor. This is truly excellent. Some floral notes in the body. Could drink a lot of these.

Flavor is slightly sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of hops, wood, citrus, slight pine, light rye, and slight spice. Medium body. Oily, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Hop, malt, wood finish is dry. 9.7%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap pour from Local Option. White fluffy head with lots of lacing. Nose is of carmel malts, spicy leather or tobacco in there somewhere and piney resinous goodness pop out at you. Taste is malt high sugary honey aftertaste but damn there are a lot of hops in this little bastard. After one of these you’ll need to brush your tongue. 116 IBUS i think? Whatever it may be, should be drunk in pairs.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Half liter bottle pours clear copper with gold edges and nice lasting off white head. The aroma offers up thick sticky grapefruit juice, citrus fruit peel, tangelo and some sugar notes in the background. The taste has big strong citrus hop notes and a splash of sweetness here and there before the grapefruit, tangelo, lime and orange peel run up into robust levels of resiny bitter hoppiness. Wow! This is yummy in all the right places for the style. Well done!

Pours a pretty bright orange color with a hint of yellow! Fizzy small off white head. Smells of pine needles and pears. Ooo pretty bitter. But I love bitter beers! Pine resin with some flowers!
