On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with an off-white head. Tart, lactic aroma. Light-bodied, somewhat biscuity, but completely dominated by the extreme sourness, again these baking yeast notes that I find in a lot of Sours. Again astringently sour in the finish. Lacks the complexity of very good Sours. 120512

Tap at CBC. Poured a low hazy golden with bubbles- no carbonation. Fine for this style. Nose is acetobacter bomb, all white vinegar. Taste is heavy acetic vinegar, very spicy and salty. Moderate NZ melony hops try to poke through the acetic acid. Hot hot and spicy.

Draught at CBC12. Citric aroma with a little grape. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is very acidic, vinegary. Good citric note, burns a bit.

Hazy amber. Small white head with a little lacing. Big grapefruit citrus aroma that is Nelson Sauvin to me. Bitter, sour, peppery. Nice funkiness mixed with peppery fruit hops bomb. Pretty good.
