On tap at Ølbutikken. Pours a hazy red. Smells of cherry sauce. Sweet, dry and fruity. Lots of cherry aromas. With hints of residual sugars. Nutty alcohol aromas. Soft carbonation. Full bodied. Tiny hints of bread towards the end.

Tap @ Black Force One launch. Pours bright red with a large pink head. Aroma is cherry, sweet jam, raspberry and some sour notes. Flavour is raspberry, brett and cherry.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and opaque deep red with a huge and dense pink head. Extreme raspberry aroma with a whiff of marzipan. Quite full-bodied with distinct - almost fat - berry notes. The Brett adds a fresh and crisp edge but is otherwise fairly discreet. Has a lightly astringent finish with detectable alcohol. 090110

Cloudy red color. The fuity aroma is also a bit milky and lactic. Soft mouthfeel, strong body, sweet fruitness, low acidity, correct bitterness; the final is a bit breadish. There is not much Brett, but it’s quite good.

Hazy red purple color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white pink head. Aroma is moderate to heavy fruity, raspberry, strawberry, light pineapple, aroma is a bit artificial - juicy, alcohol. Flavor is light heavy berry sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100109]

Pours hazy pale red with a small, creamy, white-pink head. Lovely fruity aroma, strawberries, raspberries, some rhubarb, fine bretty feel. Light medicinic. Lowish carbonation, fine mouthfeel, lightly oily. Flavour is very sweet fruity at first, some firm maltiness and then comes the dryness. Very bretty, slightly oaky, light fruity tartness. There is some viniousness in there as well. Good, but perhaps a tad too oily and initially sweet.

Draft - Very beautiful red amber body with a fine creamy off white head; Super super fresh and nice nose, the berries, the yeast and the malts are very very well matched, excellent; Pleasant but a little to malt full and soft body, it lacks the excellent fruits and freshness of the nose; Full finish with lots of alcohol, again not fresh enough compared to the excellent nose. Very good and very enjoyable beer.

Cloudy red with a lasting pink head. Initially sour and funky aroma, but then the berries arrive, bordering on rasperry candy. Sweetish berry flavour with a slightly sour touch, some malt and a little alcohol. Bordering on cloying, but served in small glasses.

Draught at ØLbutikken. Hazy red - pink bubbles. Marmelade, raspberries, marzipan, bretty notes, light bitterness, lacto, fruity, light sournes. Nice.

Draught. Unclear reddish colour. Pleasant sour fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a pleasant sourness along with a good frutiness (cherries indeed), bit sweet. Long lasting pleasant fruity sour (brett) finish. Hides the alc well. Summer time is waiting!
