On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. This is a fantastic looking pink-burgundy-beet red body with a big plastic-pink head. The aroma has cherries, sourness, brett-tones, hay and fresh lemons. Oh, itís tart alright - lots of cherries and some lurking grassy undertones with tones of vinegar, hay and sour yellow apple zest. Lingering lemons in the finish. This was really nice! 12.05.2012

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2013 Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a beautiful, semi-clear red with a moderate, foamy pink head. Gorgeous, meaty and tart cherry nose. Super tart flavor, unreal clean and fresh, with surreal lovely cherries and light to medium sweetness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Very tart, cleansing finish, refreshing, with true cherries. Nice and lip-puckering. Absolutely stunning all around. Ultra fresh.
