COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En traditional saison i belgisk stil, som efter at være færdiggæret med en saisongær er blevet lagret på et egetræsfad og tilsat en beskeden mængde belgisk lambic. Vildgæren i lambicen har herefter gæret den smule restsukker, som saisongæren havde efterladt, ud.

English: A saison aged in wood with a little bit of Belgian lambic added to the beer. The lambic yeast then consumed the small amounts of residual sugar left by the original saison yeast, resulting in a tangy, dry and complex beer.

Draught at København Ølfestival 2010
Cloudy light amber color; big creamy head. The aroma is sour, with Bretts, and crispy bread; peculiar. An unexpected cookie note takes the mouth, there is dry malt, bread crumbs, sharp sourness (but not excessively strong), well blended. So strange, but I like it.

Beer2000 (2918) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 14, 2010
Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Golden body with a small and diminishing off-white head. Quite intense aroma of acidy and medicine. Flavor is acidic, sour fruit, Bret and some wood. It’s a bit unusually but I really like it.

On tap at KØ-2010. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is oak, sour, sweet, sugar. Flavour is oak , sweet, acidic, sugar, malt, vanilla. Strange and interesting beer.

On tap at KØ-10. it’s a clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head sitting on top. Lemon, barnyard notes, wood and vanilla on the nose. The flavor has vanilla and lemon, crackery malts and a faint note of barnyard. Full-bodied and throat-burning, and a lasting finish. A quite nice one, but maybe a tad woody, at least to my taste. 100507

On tap. Slightly hazy deep golden with a creamy off-white head leaving laces. Distinct acetone in the nose. Medium body, weird biscuity accents and then again roaring acetone without being overly sour. Quite interesting if not exactly perfect. 070510

Draught at KØ10. Good citric aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very small white head. Very acidic flavour. Vinegary. Burning finish. Some dust, nice bread. Sweetish hop note.

Had this one @ CBF 2010. Dark golden colored brew. Sour aroma. Flavor has mild sourness, strong aftertaste. Some fuits, berries.
