En swartzbier. Den smager meget af denne tyske klassiker, den er lidt mere syrlig og skarp i smagen end en porter vil være. Kan, hvis jeg lukker øjene, godt forstille mig på cafe i Rio drikke denne øl rigtig kold.

Bottle - Nice smell of exotic fruits, dark brown color, stable head. Taste is dark malts, chocolate. Body is medium. A bit bitter in the end. Quite drinkable, you might think at first. But the more you drink the more the added sugar unnerves you. And why is there artificial colorant, stabilizer and antioxidants? Would rate better if they just let the chemicals out of it.

Pours black with beige top which disappears quickly. Aroma is a bit milk chocolate, caramel and some fruity notes. Quite fresh and appetising aroma. Taste is also fresh, quite milky, some caramel and white chocolate notes. Not very heavy, after lasts some time and brings up milk caramel. Easy to drink and fresh enjoyable taste!

(Xingu) Bottle 355 ml at home, served into a pint, ABV 4.6% Dark brown colour on the body, small and thin light brown head on top, with lo retention.Aroma has some liquorice, chocolate and nice fruity notes. Taste is sweet, with chocolate, plums and dark fruits, more milky chocolate on the finish. Medium thin body, carbonation on good levels. Much better than I expected, very easy to drink and tasty too.
