12 oz single from Life Source in Salem. The aroma is pretty much neutral, but that means it is not offensive..i just get some dark fruity tones. Nice looking beer, looks black but has brown hints around the edges, nice light brown head..small but lasts. The taste is malty but also very fruity and juicy with hints of yeast sourness. Its OK on the palte, average. Overall i found this better then expected and wuld certainlly have another.

12oz bottle-pours a tight light brown head with trailing lace and black color. Aroma is earthy, dark malt-chocolate. Taste is earthy hops/dusty, dark malt-chocolate. Initially seems thin, then becomes smooth, medium body.

opq-bk, thin-tn-hd, sweet roasty aroma, med-bod, sweet roasty lcrc treacle, mild and sessionable but complex.

( 12oz bottle) pours near black with ruby highlights and nice oily light tan head. Nose of brown sugar, corn, and nutty aromas. Taste is lightly toasted grain, sweet malt, nutty sweet. Nice creamy finish with good carbonation. A good schwarzbier.

Dark brown pour. With a full tan head. Dark malt, smoke slight chocolate. Mouthfeel is rich and creamy, salty, smokey chocolate flavor. After taste is sweet and malty. Interesting.

A sound, good tasting beer. I had it at a Churascuria and it went well. Dark without having the super strong flavors of stouts and porters. Of anything I’ve ever drunk, it reminded me of Negra Modelo.

This has a strong aroma that hits you as soon as you open the bottle. Pours to a medium full body tan head. The flavor spreads over your tongue like fire in a tinderbox. Goes down really smooth and leaves you waitng for the next bottle.

My first Brazilian beer. I got a bottle from a friend as a gift. Dark body, brown head. Well balanced taste of sweetness and bitterness.
