renffisch (406), london, Greater London, England Jun 15, 2008 at tashi’s house, thanks to mes...thanks :-). looks good. nice amber colour, good white head. Congnac? More like rotten apples and mouldy cherries. Ultimately watery. unbalanced and generally AWFUL! Ethereal (758), London, Greater London, England May 31, 2008 Tashi’s house, 28/05/08. Bottle courtesy of Mes, as if the Crocodile wasn’t bad enough. There’s a good reason that people don’t bring cognac and beer together. It’s a BAD IDEA! Doesn’t look bad, but smells of rotten apples and mouldy cherries. "Tastes of tinfoil" as Dave stated. The god-awful flavour clings and will not leave your mouth. Save yourself the trouble of hunting down a bottle by grinding up some Parma violets and sprinking them into the juice from a can of spoiled tinned fruit. It’ll taste the same. Yuck. Mes_and_Sim (4052), London, Greater London, England May 28, 2008 A Mes rate: bottle thanks to me, yes I am stupid. Nice red amber colour with a good white head. Aroma of dead apples and cherries. Flavour is, as Dave pointed out, full of tin foil. This is utterly vile. I could be sick very quickly on this. Shockingly bad.
