Bottle from Appellation Wines. Crystal clear golden body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw, Rich Tea biscuit and underripe melon. Flavour of orange pith and tomato juice. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily mouthfeel. Less hoppy than I was expecting.

Many thanks to Rian for this bottle! Fresh grainy nose. The beer starts malty, fresh. Dry, mild but nice bitter in the aftertaste. Not too much aroma there, nice bitterness on a grainy body. Standart aftertaste without any special characteristic. Sessionable.

On gravity cask at the Rising Sun festival in Berko. Pours a clear ruby gold color and a loose light tan head. The smell is toasted grain and mild citrus. The taste is toasted grain, some bitter citrus then mellowing a bit as the grapefruit comes through ending mellow with a bit of biscuity malt. Light in body with smooth, fine carbonation, A not too complex easy drinker.

Keg at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A hazy amber colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of biscuity malts, slight caramel, some orange, a hint of peach, a little honey and floral hops. Taste of orange, some peach, slight biscuity malts, a little honey, subtle diacetyl and spicy, floral hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dryish, biscuity, floral hop bitterness in the finish. A pleasant golden ale with a decent balance of malts and hops. Standard but effective.
