On tap at Yak and Yeti poured a hazy orange amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of straw, yeast, pear and citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, yeast, spice, earthiness and citrus with a crisp dry bitter lingering earthy finish.
