COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION An amber-colored, yeasty with a distinct banana ester thisBelgian Abbey-style Dubbel is made with 25lbs of housemade Belgian candy syrup. Hopped with StyrianGoldings and nobel hops from Germany.
On tap at Yak and Yeti poured a hazy reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of brown sugar, toffee, yeast and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of toffee, brown sugar, light spice and light yeast with a smooth lingering toffee finish.
