On tap at Yak and Yeti poured a hazy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, fruittiness, yeast, lemon zest and light white pepper. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, yeat, citrus and light white pepper with a crisp dry lightly bitter finish.
