COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light-colored but full flavored Jalapeño pepper beer. Huge fresh aroma from the pepper served right inside the keg! Some say it isn’t that hot, others can’t handle it. You decide. We also make red beers called Bloody Lena’s!

slightly hazy light gold with a queso-ish jalapeño tone. Flavor is clean and pale golden malty with a gently smoldering jalapeño heat and flavor, peppery and a little vegetable with a lasting but light spiciness. Very well done pepper ale. Could definitely drink a whole pint.

On tap at Yak & Yeti Brew pub. Color is a bright clear yellow with good carbonation and a thin white head. Aroma is a big fresh scent of jalapeno. It has a lighter body with a crisp mouth. Flavor jumps out with huge garden fresh pepper on a very light malt back. After taste is spice hot with a lingering jalapeno flavor. Overall its like biting into a fresh jalapeno and although it dominates the flavor it still feels balanced. This may be the best pepper brew I have had.

4oz sample brewery. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma of jalapeno. Taste the same. This medium bodied brew is darn tasty.

Tap. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is jalapeno, cereal malt and light hops. Flavor is pepper dominant with supporting malt and a dry, spicy finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Tap @ Yak and Yeti Arvada. Golden appearance with a good white head. Spicy jalapeno aroma that smells of Jalapeno Cheetos (not sure if they even make those anymore). Pretty nice, flavorful jalapeno pepper spicy flavor where you actually get some nice pepper flavor without the veggie notes and not just plain heat. One of the better spicy/pepper beers that I’ve had. Kinda cool.

Pour on tap at the brewery, yellow pour, clear, with thin white head. Aroma was big chili pepper and vegetal jalapeno, some slight biscuit, bready notes with a hint of vanilla. Taste was probably one of the more spicy pepper beers I’ve had, and I was recommended to have it last, thankfully I did. Spicy for sure, but fairly decent jalapeno flavors, hints of biscuit and sweet honey notes balance it a bit.
