COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-Abbey-Style Tripel that is big in alcohol and even bigger in fruity and citrus flavors. There is no fruit or spice added to this beer, it all comes from the special strain of yeast.

On tap at Yak & Yeti Brew pub. Color is a clear golden yellow with a thin tight head. Aroma of grain and yeast giving a bread like scent. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is crisp malt and a mild fruity yeast but I don’t get much of a Belgian note off of it. Overall its a nice easy drinking brew just not a great Triple.

4oz sample brewery. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of yeast. Taste of yeast, alcohol, and Belgiany tastes. This full bodied brew is not bad.

Tap at Hops and Pie. Brilliant golden with a thin foamy head. Aroma was like hay and light dust with a subtle doughiness and some dried grass. Dry yeasty and blonde flavor, with low bitteness, lots of yeast esters, some sweet grains and a little hay. Kinda standard tripel.

On tap at Yak and Yeti poured a hazy tarnished gold with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of bread, yeast, fruittiness and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, fruittiness and spice with a smooth lingering spiced finish.
