3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Taster at Brewers Rendezvous. Pours a thin off white head, over a hazy, amber (SRM 10) body.......nose is malts with heavy cedar.....taste is heavy cedar, light malts....mouth feel medium, carbonation low. This is a very different beer. The cedar is very dominant, not unpleasant, but makes for a rather mono-dimensional beer. BJCP 7/3/12/4/6
