The first of the cask pales - there will be more - was great. Cloudy straw appearance with a big thick head. Orangey, bretty aroma. Nice pale malts backing, and the whole nose is very assertive. Mega yum on the palate - nice sweetness, low bitterness but a bretty orangey character. The body might just be a bit thin, but it drinks real easy. Great experiment, would love to see more.

Cask. Hazy yellow-orange with very thick white head. At first smells of big floral and fruity hop whallop and then, magically the Brett pops up to say hello. What a great aroma! Soft, juicy low carbonation palate is thinnish. The flavors do not quite match the excitement of the aromas, but the Brett does leave a delightful dry woodiness in the finish. So nice.
