tiggmtl (4155), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Apr 11, 2008 Plenty of corn in the aroma with a slight underlying sweetness. Brilliantly clear golden body topped by a fizzy, low white head that recedes rapidly to a thin partial cover. Plenty of vegetable flavours and sweet creamed corn in the flavour. Not really offensive but if it weren’t for the DMS, there would be no flavour at all... Light watery body with very strong overly prickly carbonation. Tulip glass. Fridge temperature. Can (LCBO, Nov-07).
DougShoemaker (2553), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 10, 2008 Smells of corn and rice, amber, small short lived white head. Taste is a faint malt, light bodied, grainy, better than expected. mephisto (1083), Taiwan Jul 14, 2007 can, very light golden with no head, it has corn aroma and flavor with moderate alcohol content. GregClow (2286), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 7, 2007 Can from the singles bin at the LCBO. Pale gold with a medium snow-white head. Aroma and flavour of icing sugar, fusel alcohol, stale malt, and overcooked vegetables. Sticky mouthfeel. Why do I do this to myself? Oh, right, I’m a ratings whore... matt7215 (489), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada Jun 26, 2007 i was working in an un-airconditioned house painting and changing window coverings all day and the guy im helping hands me this. anything should taste good at this point right........wrong. poured with no head to speak of and had huge carb bubbles gurgling off the sides of the glass. smelled like wet cardboard and booze. tastes like corn and booze. if i was alone ii would have poured it down the drain.
