3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
9oz shorty on tap at Yard House Cincinnati ($4.50). Mostly clear amber color. Thin white head, fades to a ring and a bit on the surface, leaves just a couple dots of lace. More caramel malt aroma than you get in your typical, non-amber tripel, I think. Light banana. Some cake. Sweet, belgian yeast. Bigger body. Lighter, crisp carbonation. Very light viscosity, mostly dry. Light smoke. Sweet overall. Light burnt sugar. A little sweet, but this is a nice, creative take on a tripel

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at the Yard House, las Vegas, NV
Cloudy amber color, with small head. It’s not the Tripel that you expect; it’s quite malty, with light fruity aroma, and some fruit flavor too, some caramel, a lingering oxidization, almost corky; correct bitterness, with evident alcohol perception.
A bit weird.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A malty aroma with a pale clear amber color with little head. You can taste sweetness and hoppiness with the alcohol feel on your tounge and throat. This beer has a bitteraftertasre that lingers. Has a medium body. Not a bad brew very sweet and has a good hop flavor tho i dont think that a hop flavor should stand out in a trippel. But worth a. Try
