Appearance was clear orangish amber gold with creamy diminishing off white 1/2 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are sweet toffee, candi sugar, deep fruits, fruity yeasts profile with hints of alcohol. Taste was sweet rich toffee malts, candi, raisin, fig, date and slight aclohol. Palate was smooth soft creamy CO2 with meduim-full body, then lasting sweet malty fruity yeasty warming finish. A Beauty, waiter said brewed@Firestone.

On tap at the Atlanta Yard House. A: clear deep amber with an excllent beige head. Exceptional lacing Aroma: loads of toffee with hints of dark fruits and medium-dark breads. Flavor: Sweet up front turning bitter-sweet by the finish. Very maltyas is the aroma. Fine lingering aftertaste. Feel: medium+ body; proper carbonation. Very smooth O: starts as a brown/tripel, finishes as a flavorful amber ale. Recommended and worth seeking out.

On tap opening night yard house Minnesota, wow this is sweet. Dark fruit forward with tons of candi sugar flavor. Alcohol hides behind sweetness so watch out.

On tap at Yard House Houston. A thin light beige head, off-white in color sits on top of an dark orange to amber body. Unclear. The aroma has a touch of toffee, but itís mostly fruityness going on, with hints of yeast and also prunes and raisins. Pretty similar flavor, just some bitterness added. Itís full bodied, perhaps a bit too carbonated. Quite dry. Long finish with toffee, prunes and yeast. Not my favorite Belgian ale, itís too yeasty. Still quite drinkable. 131111
