Our House IPA is brewed by the Uinta Brewing Company (pronounced you-in-tah) from Salt Lake City, UT. The blend of different hop varieties give it a big hop aroma and distinct bitterness with layers of pine, cedar and citrus flavors. The special combination of roasted barley adds a toasted note and allows for a lower ABV keeping this distinct brew from being overpowering.

Standard scent, should be stronger. Nice looking, dark for the style with a tiny white head. Good hoppy taste with a little bit of malt for balance. I'm a big uinta fan; I can tell they had a hand in this. Worthwhile palate, very well made. I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

on tap at Yard House in Moorestown Mall - not very hoppy for an IPA but great flavor. Nice and balanced. Decent amber color.

This was a simple yet tasty IPA. Not a strong hop aroma but it's definitely there in the body. A somewhat subdued hoppiness but not bad. Easily the best of the "house" beers.

Taster gold with white head. Mild hop aroma, not much hop flavor. A bit of bitter pine resin on the finish.

Had as part of a flight, enjoyed it, but the glass had that sterilized dishwasher taste which affected flavour and nose.

Draft. Pours orange with a white head. Citric hops, moderate bitterness, some sweet malts, faint soapy notes, and a decent fruity citric hoppy finish. Fine. This is fine.

A bit thin on the body, otherwise a tasty and robustly hopped IPA. Nicely done - especially for a "house" beer.
