COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship is keg-conditioned ale with a sack full of British East Kent Goldings hops in each keg. This ale was created to offer true cask conditioned ale flavor without the hassle of extensive cellaring. True British cask conditioned flavor is a complex, lively balance between malt, hops, and fruity esters.

Aroma is yeasty, malty, hoppy, fruity, wow, it’s great?Very overwhelming like many Belgians but without the eccentricness.Nice mouthfeel, yeast and hops take the flavor from start leads to a malty finish.Has quite an alcoholic kick

One of the best ales I've had. Smooth and refreshing, and the flavor doesn't leave for wanting. --rated by smash on bb.

Extra specials aren’t really my thing, but this one works for me just fine. Bitter, not too thin, and a mild pleasant almost maple scent.

Bottle. Pours amber with a medium, off-white head. Malty caramel and bread aroma with some nice floral and grassy hop notes. Caramel and bread malt flavors with a touch of nuttiness and a surprising amount of grassy and floral hop bitterness.

On hand pump. Foamy off white head, creamy appearing. Smooth, a little too much hops for me - moderately harsh flavors with smooth body. Not bad though, nice sweetness with good lasting flavors and a long retaining aftertaste.

Firkin at Real Ale. Pours a clean dark amber with some white head and lacing. Notes of caramel, roasted malt, raisin, some hops.

My first try at a Yards brew, and I mighty impressed. Nothing earth-shattering, but it’s got a great taste, and the pour looks absolutely gorgeous.

A crappy version of a traditional style. Not enough depth of malf, complexity in the mouthfeel, or traditional yeast tones.

Nice dark amber color when poured out of the bottle, nice white/beige head. Aroma: caramel, malts (toasted), and some floral notes, quite bitter nicely balanced.
