A subtle and refreshing light bodied Blonde Ale brewed for Yard House by the Uinta Brewing Company (pronounced you-in-tah) from Salt Lake City, UT. The addition of real honey to the brewing process provides a hint of sweetness that makes this a perfect anytime beer with an easy drinking finish that is especially good in warm weather.

Pleasant little beer. Faint aroma of wheat and honey. Light golden color. Watery and carbonated palate. Bigger flavors than expected with a light malt and decent hop balance. Some hints of honey as well. Goes well with food.

Tap. Poured clear golden color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate hop and floral aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable brew.

9oz shorty on tap at Yard House Cincinnati. Clear golden color. Thin white head. Some rows of lace. Medium body. Smooth, lightly soft carbonation. Lightly slick finish. Lightly dry. Pretty easy drinking. Bready malt, lightly peppery. Just a very mild hint of honey malt. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Not bad. Just a very average, mildly macro-tasting lager. Pretty much like a craft brewer trying to impress a Bud Light zombie. Apparently, itís working... Bartender tells me this is close to outselling Bud. Kudos.
