COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Only the strong survive.

IPAs were originally brewed to survive the epic sea voyages from England to India. Ours is no different. Hailing from a firm malt background and loaded through and through with hops, this beer will surely survive the journey from your fridge to your couch.

A little strange, sweet but not the good citrus kind. Not much bitterness. Not a big body. Kind of sloppy to me. Similar to pale ale, hops are oily. Below average ipa.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a thick foamy white head. Aroma of citrus hops (mostly grapefruit), pine, and some bready malt character. Taste starts off with a nice hop bitterness, followed by a biscuit bready malt character. Easy drinking IPA.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2013 Solid IPA. Bit heavy on the acidity, but excellent on the flavor. Consumed from 12oz bottle. - UPDATE: Inconsistent. Poured from two bottles in same case, both to clean glass. First was much better than the second, which seemed somehow both less hoppy and more bitter at the same time. I’ll post again after the third. (original score of 3.6)

Bricks (457) - Delaware, USA - MAR 15, 2013
Honey-brown/caramel in appearance, foamy/fizzy white head. Sweet, floral, almost banana on the smell. Palate is thin. Taste is caramel, molasses, very simple. I think they are using the term ’IPA’ pretty loosely, but it is not bad.

Not bad and surprised. This was a malty IPA or a heavy pale ale in character. Hop essence, citrus on the nose. Somewhat hard to tell as I had this in the bottle. Amber color and I’m sure it would have a decent head given the carbonation. Heavier palate than expected. Good malt backbone that reminded me of an amber with hops bitterness finishing it out. Easy drinking.

Bottle. Clear, medium amber color, good head. More MALTY than hoppy taste/palate/aroma.

12 oz. bottle poured into glass. Pours a nice amber color with a thick fluffy white head that settle very slowly. Aroma is light on the hops but there is a sour aroma. Medium body, clean finish. Malt and hops are balanced well.

Bottle into pint glass. Rich amber color with thin lacing. Moderate white head. Nice citrus and hop aroma. Slight malty sweetness immediately with bitter hop finish. Great tasting traditional IPA
