Only the strong survive.

IPAs were originally brewed to survive the epic sea voyages from England to India. Ours is no different. Hailing from a firm malt background and loaded through and through with hops, this beer will surely survive the journey from your fridge to your couch.

Meh. Malty and dry. Aggressive hops are earthy and pine-forward. It screams east coast mid-90s IPA.

Pours a golden copper color with an ample light tan head. Aroma of resinous hops. Taste is nicely malted with notes of apple and caramel. This is offset nicely by rich spicy hops leaving a bitter finish.

Copper pour w/ a thin white head that leaves good lacing. The aroma is surprisingly overpowered by malt w/ a hop undertone. The taste is a nicely balanced blend of malt & hop throughout. A very solid beer but nothing in particular makes it stand out.

FROM NOTES: August 23, ’12. On draft at Flood’s in Stroudsburg, PA. A: A mild citrus hoppiness with faint pine notes in the background. A: Pours a clear amber color with a three finger off-white head. T: Initially citrus hops (grapefruit) with notes of mild malts and a bitter finish that does not linger and no alcohol taste. P: Moderate body and carbonation. O: This is a typical English-style IPA, subdued hop bite for my taste, but a decent beer overall.

Appearance is copper with golden edges. The two fingers of head stays around for some time and leave nice lacing in its wake. The nose is distinctly fresh hops. The flavor profile blends mild malts with a pleasant, but slightly too mild hop finish. There is also a hint of malt sweetness on the finish. This is a good representation of the English-style IPA, but it is likely too mild to appeal to the advanced hop-head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden pour with lots of frothy tan head. Aroma of pine and citrus with a bit of sweet fruit aroma. The taste is a great balance between the bitter start and slightly sweet finish. Orange tart rind throughout. Great IPA

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours clear, dim gold with a frothy, yellow-cream head. Aroma has vague citrus fruits, some tangerine perhaps. Light to medium sweet with peach, tangerine, dry bread, a bit of dirty pine. Light sweet flavor with faint tangy citrus, orange, mildly dried bread, more pine, light earth. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, some earthy pine bitterness, dry and lightly toasted malts, orange rind. Fair.

Picked up a 6 pack of 12oz bottle in NJ
Clear golden with a medium sized white head and lots of lacing. Aroma is malty, caramel and dusty. Flavors of caramel, bready and citrus
Ok. I finished the 6 pack in 2 days before heading home so I guess it was decent.

12 oz draft at Toner’s Beef and Ale in Fort Washington, PA. Nicely hopped with a creamy finish. Goes well with anything Beef.
