Only the strong survive.

IPAs were originally brewed to survive the epic sea voyages from England to India. Ours is no different. Hailing from a firm malt background and loaded through and through with hops, this beer will surely survive the journey from your fridge to your couch.

This is one of my favorite beers. I’ve never had it on tap, but I can get it at any distributor for a fairly reasonable price.

My absolute favorite IPA. Each bottle is a pleasure trip and adventure in taste. Hop accent is marvelous . Man is this addicting

Very, very nice IPA. Brewed in the english style, not over the top, subtle and refined. Good hopping, with a pronounced Cascade flavor, balanced expertly on a slab of malty goodness. Light citric fruitiness and a bit of apple/pear flavors. All around a good beer. I can’t find a flaw.

This is certainly a more citrusy IPA. Hoppy and flavorful, a pretty good beer with a little higher alcohol.

Yards India Pale Ale ABV: 5.5% Calories: estimated at 150 C Volume: 12 fl oz Glass: Trappist Purchased at: Circle Liquors Super Saver Price: $2.25 Consumed at: home Impression: Visually astounding - fiery, deep brown edges, orange, yellow, pale, clear with thick white head. Nice aroma, flowery, sweet, and deep. It’s in the air. Visually carbonated, and crisp. Lacing is amazing. Head holds on. A very nice beer with a long bitter aftertaste. Aroma: 9 out of 10 Visuals: 5 out of 5 Taste: 9 out of 10 Palate: 5 out of 5 Overall: 18 out of 20. I liked the flavor, the visuals, the aroma, the texture, and the bitterness, though, in the grand scheme of things, there are many beers just like it, and many just a bit better.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear pale orange with a small white head. The aroma is a really good blend of hops and citrus. The flavor is a knockout. Big hop flavor with a nice citrus blend. Really good IPA.

Golden amber color with a foamy head looks perfect! Fresh aroma full of orange and grapefruit. Very citrusy. The taste is bitter, but not harsh. Yard’s IPA finishes with a light bitterness in the back of the mouth making it water. The flavor seems to explode in your mouth. This is an awesome IPA! Got to get my hands on this on tap!

Bottle version, is bottled conditioned, Pours to a amber color, with a HUGE, rocky, white head, and a vibrant carbonation. The nose is very zesty, with lots of good flowery/citrus hop aromas, with some good pale/biscuit malt aroma. The palate is very firm, with good pale and biscut malt aroma, with a nice back drop of estery fruit. This beer finishes with more good pale and biscuit malt flavor up front, then ends with a very zesty/tangy burst of orange peel/lemon bitterness that lingers. Very well done IPA, with lots of great hop aromas, flavor, and bitterness, with a good malt backbone. A very drinkable beer, and a very food friendly one as well. Would make a good match to classic English pub grub, spicy Thai, Indian, or even Mexican dishes.
