COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An English sweet stout made with pale and dark English malts, English noble hops and 150 whole oysters -- shell and all. The oysters are thrown into the brew kettle during the boil stage of the brewing process, adding calcium to the wort. The result is a passionately smooth stout.

On tap at Ulysses. Dark and roasty, with a mild lactic presence. A funky aftertaste that bordered on being sour, which was not really pleasant. Okay, not fantastic.

Pours black with a creamy tan head (nitro). Aroma is roasty with a bit of chocolate...a little subdued but prob from the tight nitro head. Flavor is roasty with cocoa...hint of metallic...slightly bitter towards the finish. Mouthfeel is creamy and the finish lingers with dry, bitter chocolate. Decent but not great.
